What is Fleurs Avenue's return policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, therefore, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns or exchange in certain circumstances.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, Fleurs Avenue cannot accept returns for:
  • Bespoke, custom or personalised orders
  • Earrings & piercings (due to health/hygiene reasons)
  • Sales item(s)

Returns, exchanges and store credit are not allowed due to change of mind. 

To be eligible for refund or exchange, your order needs to be returned
❀ Within 21 days of delivery
❀ In its original unworn condition 
❀ in its original undamaged packaging as when it was received, inclusive of tags, certificates, etc*

*Any orders returned failing the above conditions may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund. 

*Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase

I received an incorrect order. Please help.

If you received a product different from what you'd ordered, please contact us within 14 days. As shoppers ourselves, we know the awful feeling of receiving a damaged or incorrect order. We'll do our best to get you the right order asap.


Why is the product a different colour from what is shown online?

At Fleurs Avenue, we do our very best to accurately describe and portray our products exactly to what you will be receiving. However, due to different lighting conditions and monitor screen output, there may still be slight variations.

How do I request for an exchange or return?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will take you through the process of returning the items.

We take our customers’ satisfaction seriously. All requests for return will be verified. Please do not return without contacting us first. We may not be able to process your return otherwise.

Step 1: Print and attach the Return Form provided by our Customer Service team with the products and gift with purchase that you wish to return 

Step 2: Ship the items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service of your choice to prevent any dispute. Please keep the tracking details for your records

*In the unfortunate event, any item(s) is lost/stolen in the mail, Fleurs Avenue cannot be held accountable.

Step 3: Email us the tracking code

Step 4: Your refund will be processed via your original mode of payment, product exchange or store credit. This will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Will you let me know when you receive the returned item(s)?


We will be in touch once the returned item(s) have been received and processed. Kindly check your delivery status via the tracking code provided by your chosen courier.
When will I receive my refunds?

Once Fleurs Avenue receives your order, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed and verified. We will get in touch via email.


Will my shipping fee be refunded?

The refund value is based on the item(s) purchased only. Shipping/handling fees for the original purchase and delivery of the product(s) are non-refundable.


Are returns free?
The responsibility and shipping cost incurred for a return or exchange is to be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available, which includes tracking.
